What was taken from the source skill: the roll-forward structure (beginning balance, additions,
accruals booked, reversals of prior accruals, payments and settlements, reclasses and
adjustments, FX translation, ending balance per GL), the rule that every line ties to its
source, and the rule that a schedule which does not foot surfaces the gap instead of plugging it.

What was changed: the skill is written for an agent that queries a GL through a tool. This app
instead reads GL detail pasted or dropped by the user, classifies and foots it in the browser,
works the gap against three provable causes, and sends the computed facts to a model whose
system prompt was written for this app. No text of the source skill is reproduced verbatim
except its component names.
